Business Development Manager

Job Summary

To be concerned and responsible with improving and growing Poly-Tech business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the business, position or reputation

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increasing client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

1st Choice: 10 years minimum experience as Business development Manager in the field of Mechanical Shutdown and Turn Around activities in Refineries and Petrochemical Plants

2nd Choice: 15 years in a similar position in the field of Mechanical Shutdown and Turn Around activities in Refineries and Petrochemical Plants

TRAINING & SKILLS

Professional Skills: Wide relationships with decision makers in similar field companies, Business knowledge of sound management principles

Computer Skills: Familiar with software programs such as: Primavera, Microsoft Project and other related programs

Language Skills: English Language Excellent level Spoken, Reading and Writing

2nd Choice: Diploma in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering

WORK EXPERIENCE

1st Choice: 10 years minimum experience as Project Engineer, with 2 years as Project Manager in the field of Mechanical Shutdown and Turn Around activities in Refineries and Petrochemical Plants

2nd Choice: 15 years minimum experience as Project Engineer, with 2 years as Project Manager in the field of Mechanical Shutdown and Turn Around activities in Refineries and Petrochemical Plants

TRAINING & SKILLS
